Who we are
BioFunctional Aesthetics is a discipline and brand operated by Apex Aesthetics. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Apex Aesthetics.
What we collect
When you subscribe to our dispatches, we collect your email address, optional first name, and your selected audience lane (Patient, Practitioner, or Partner). We also record the URL you came from and any UTM parameters present in the URL, so we can understand which channels bring readers in.
How we use it
We use your information to send you the BioFunctional Aesthetics dispatches, to tailor those dispatches to the lane you selected, and to measure engagement so we can improve the content. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Where it lives
Subscriber data is stored with our email service provider, beehiiv, Inc., which processes data on our behalf and provides its own privacy and security protections. We do not store your email on our own servers.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from any dispatch using the link at the bottom of every email. You can also request that we delete your data entirely by emailing hello@biofunctionalaesthetics.com. If you are in the EEA, UK, or California, you have additional rights under applicable law, including the right to access, correct, port, and delete your personal data.
Cookies
We use a minimal set of cookies for site functionality and anonymous analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site.
